Trout Ceviche Recipe


  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 4 Pinches minced cilantro
  • ½ Yellow onion
  • 2 Pinches kroser salt
  • ½ tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Cloves fresh minced garlic
  • 2 Limes


You can use fish or shrimp!

First cut onion and fish into thin slices and then put into a mixing bowl. Add the rest of ingredients to the bowl. Let fillets or shrimp set for 5 min. Then it is ready to serve.
