Trout Ceviche Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Fish fillets
- 4 Pinches minced cilantro
- ½ Yellow onion
- 2 Pinches kroser salt
- ½ tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 2 Cloves fresh minced garlic
- 2 Limes
Instructions
You can use fish or shrimp!
First cut onion and fish into thin slices and then put into a mixing bowl. Add the rest of ingredients to the bowl. Let fillets or shrimp set for 5 min. Then it is ready to serve.
