Blackened Trout
Ingredients
- ½ c. Dry parsley
- 2 tsp. Dill weed
- 3 tsp. Dry basil leaf
- ½ c. Veg. Oil
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 4 shots Bacardi
- Redfish seasoning (available for purchase at Redfish Lodge)
Instructions
- Mix first 6 ingredients together in a baking pan.
- Dip fish fillets in baking pan and lay on baking sheet, let stand at room temp. for 45 min. Then cover fish with Redfish seasoning (only one side).
- Cook seasoned side first for approx. 2 min. Then cook other side for about 3 min. Now it is ready to serve.
