Blackened Quail
Ingredients
- ¾ cup light soy sauce
- 1 ½ shot Jack Daniels
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
- ¼ cup dry rosemary
- ¼ cup dry parsley
- ¼ cup canola oil
- ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together with quail and set at room temperature for one hour before grilling.
Serves 6 quails.
