At Redfish Lodge we take eating well very seriously.
When we first began operations over 23 years ago, we set out to redefine the standards of lodge dining by hiring professional chefs and using as much locally sourced ingredients as possible.
After check in, our Culinary Insitiute of America trained Chef Stephanie will offer you her choice of appertizer, dinner and dessert. Breakfast the next morning will be offered before you join your guide for a day of fishing with lunch aboard. Returing from your day on the water, and afternoon Texas style shrimp boil will be waiting at our outdoor bar, Jimbo's. Dinner after your first full day of fishing is catch of day. It doesn't get any fresher!
Snacks, cookies, soft drinks and beer are available throughout the day and evening, with wine offered with dinner.
