Blackened Quail

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup light soy sauce
  • 1 ½ shot Jack Daniels
  • 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
  • ¼ cup dry rosemary
  • ¼ cup dry parsley
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together with quail and set at room temperature for one hour before grilling.

Serves 6 quails.
